Warcraft 3 & WOW Phishing
Es gab deletzt mal diese Meldungen über Phishing bei Starcraft 2, da hatte ich eigentlich selbst nichts mitbekommen. Heute hab ich aber dann eine recht fiese Mail zu meinem Battlenet-Account bekommen.
Die Mail ist ziemlich gut geschrieben, das Absender will tatsächlich an meine Battlent-Daten. Und nicht nur das, ich soll auch noch allerlei anderes privates Zeug angeben. Ich würde empfehlen ein paar Punkte zu beherzigen, dann erkennt Ihr die Mail sofort als Phishing Versuch.
- Betreff: Ich habe keinen WOW-Account, nur einen Battlenet-Account
- Darstellung: Ich glaube kaum, dass Blizzard eine Mail ohne HTML schreibt
- Absender: Die Mail kommt von accountadmin-blizzard.com. Diese Seite gibt es nicht
- Zieladresse: Die Mailadresse meines Battlenet-Accounts ist eine andere
- Daten per Mail schicken: Ich glaube, Blizzard hat was besseres zu tun alsDaten aus Mails zu saugen
Vielleicht fallen ein paar Leute drauf rein, denn die MAil dorht damit, den Accoutnd icht zu machen. Da man von Blizzard weiss, wie schwer bis unmöglich es ist, einen gesperrten CD Key oder gar Account zu reaktiveren, kann evtl. drauf reinfallen.
